YN-1500 full hydraulic core drill rig is a new product developed by our company.
This drill rig is specially used for diamond wireline core drilling technology; it can also be used for water well drilling, anchor drilling, engineering geological drilling and other constructions.
The drill rig has the following main features:
(I) The drill rig is fully hydraulically driven, which realizes the integration of mechanics, electricity and hydraulics, with stable transmission, low noise, centralized operation, convenient and labor-saving, safe and reliable.
(II)The drill head gearbox of the drill rig is equipped with a 2-speed manual mechanical transmission, which is driven by a variable hydraulic pump and a variable hydraulic motor. The output speed of the drill head can be adjusted steplessly between 10-1000 rpm, with a wide speed range and 2-speed torque output. The torque output can be applied to the drilling speed and torque requirements of various drilling processes in different hole diameters, especially suitable for diamond wireline core drilling.
(III)The drill rig is equipped with a hydraulic chuck and a hydraulic clamp, which can clamp the drill rod quickly and reliably, and has good neutrality. It can clamp various specifications of N, H, and P wireline core drill rods by replacing the jaws, with large diameter and convenient use.
(IV)The drill rig has a long feed stroke, which can effectively reduce the auxiliary working time, improve the drilling efficiency, and reduce the core blockage caused by parking and falling rods.
(V)The drill rig is equipped with a variety of instruments, which is convenient for real-time observation of the operation of the drill rig and the situation in the hole.
(VI)The drill rig is equipped with a drill mast and a stepless speed regulating hydraulic winch, which can lift the core barrel 3-6m at one time, which is safe and labor-saving.The drill rig is equipped with a stepless speed regulation wireline coring hydraulic drive winch, which has a wide speed change range and is labor-saving and convenient to operate.
(VII)The drill rig is integrated and installed on the crawler chassis and uses the diesel engine as the power, which is convenient for installation and movement, labor-saving and safe.
