The company with a registered capital of 53 million CNY, an area of 50,000 square meters, 330 employees worldwide, and is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of diamond core drilling tools, total drilling solutions and drilling construction.
Jinshi plant covers an area of 51,800 square meters with over 360 employees and world class intelligent production line of diamond core drilling consumables. Jinshi possesses core technology of diamond tools and knowledge of deep hole drilling tools. A dedicated testing lab and strict adherence to the I S O 9 0 0 1 quality control system ensure every piece is qualified. Standard drilling units make hands-on experience in high efficiency drilling available to Jinshi. Product Specifications
JINSHI impregnated diamond drill bits are divided into K series and Y series according to different formula and materials. And the matrix heights have 9mm, 12mm, 15mm and 25mm.
K series bits are the most widely used type, and have hardness numbers like K3 K5 K7 K9 K11.
B size has 6 water ways, N size has 8 water ways, H size has 10 water ways and P size has 12 water ways
Bits can be divided into impregnated diamond bits, surface-set diamond bits, CL diamond bits, PDC bits and TC bits
Jinshi's impregnated diamond drill bits are divided into K series, R series and S series according to the manufacturing process.
And the matrix heights have C6, C9, C12, C15 and C25
K series products are widely used, divided into 6 types of matrix K1, K3, K5, K7, K9 and K11
R series products have ultra-wide spectrum, divided into 3 types of matrix R3, R7 and R9
S series products can achieve ultra-high matrix, divided into 5 types of matrix S1, S3, S5, S7, S
